Summer of 2011 will have many changes for our small family. Adam pursued a new job that is moving our family to McKinney, Texas. Starting June 1, he is working for Traxxas. And if a move isn't a big enough change already, we are expecting a baby girl due July 19. Alexa already loves "baby sister"! We feel strongly that God has been clear on His plans for us and that makes us so excited for what is in our near future. As we are (sadly) leaving many amazing, amazing friends and family in Kansas, we felt it was important to start the blog back up so we can keep everyone in the loop. Thank you all for your never ending support on this adventure for our growing family!

Update

Of course, it has been a while. Alexa has been keeping us busy! It is a good thing I don't work anymore because Alexa keeps filling up our calendar! So what's new...

Alexa has been a very HAPPY girl and smiling so much more! She's even smiling at strangers more which she used to not do.

As you can see, she is sitting so well! And look at her crazy hair! It is getting long and just goes everywhere. Some of it will curl when she gets sweaty or it is humid. You can definitely see red it in when she's in the sun. She still has her big blue eyes!

She is growing! Alexa has 7 teeth! She has another one that is about to come through, so pretty soon she'll have 8 front teeth!
